“My book “What Do I Eat” received a less than positive review right out of the gate, unfortunately. Looking past this … If you are “truly” looking for a way to lose weight that actually works and is very healthy for you at this same time, this little book is for you. If you are looking for some “pie-in-the-sky” method, there are none.
The person who gave me a one star review said:
“I didnt really like the system used in this book. Other may like it but I didnt. [sic] Ill never use the info presented in the book.”
That’s fair, but … it may not be literary greatness, but it is an “effective” system if you follow it and will indeed give you “results” you can see and feel within the first day or two. I actually lost 80 pounds on this program. Once you use the system for a week, you’ll get used to it and it will become second nature to you.
I believe most readers are looking for it to be effective and get results and not get hung-up on whether they liked the book or not!
